Car accidents
Rear-end shunts, intersection collisions, hit-and-run and pile-ups. The everyday crashes that turn a year upside down.
Check this case typeA crash you didn't cause can leave you with medical bills, time off work and a wrecked vehicle. We put you in front of an attorney who pursues every dollar of it — and you find out where you stand in about a minute.
Nothing up front, and nothing at all if the case doesn't recover.
Motor vehicle injury work only — not generalists taking the odd case.
Day or night, a real person picks up and stays with your claim.
Built to cover the treatment still ahead, not just today's bills.
Step 1 of 2 — a couple of quick questions first.
We're not a law firm. We're the step before one — the people who work out whether you have a claim worth bringing, then hand you to an attorney who actually practises this and is licensed where you live.
Insurers write the file early and it tends to stick. We make sure your account of it is the one that counts.
These attorneys are paid from the settlement. If nothing is recovered, you owe no fee at all.
Every state caps how long you have, and evidence fades long before that. Early beats late, every time.
These are the cases our attorney network handles every day.

★★★★★The insurer opened at four thousand and called it standard. My attorney settled for a great deal more, and I never paid a cent up front.

★★★★★I filled the form in on a Sunday night expecting nothing until Monday. Someone rang me within twenty minutes and actually listened.

★★★★★I had assumed being partly at fault meant no case at all. That turned out to be wrong, and finding out cost me nothing.

It depends on how badly you were hurt, the treatment you have needed and still need, earnings you lost, damage to the vehicle, and the cover available on the other side. Claims involving ongoing treatment settle for considerably more than a couple of visits. An attorney can give you a realistic range once they have seen the detail.
Nothing at all. The review is free, and the attorneys in this network work on contingency — they take a share of the settlement only if they recover money for you. No recovery means no fee to pay.
Each state sets its own limit, often two to three years from the date of the crash, and some claims carry far shorter notice requirements. The practical deadline is usually earlier: vehicles get repaired, footage is overwritten and witnesses become impossible to reach.
Talk to an attorney before you accept. Early offers tend to arrive before anyone knows how long your recovery will take, and signing normally closes the claim for good — including for treatment you may still need next year.
Most states still allow you to recover, with the award reduced by your share of the blame. Fault also gets assigned wrongly at the roadside more often than people expect, so it is worth having someone look before you write your own claim off.
Rarely. The large majority of motor vehicle claims settle through negotiation. Filing suit is usually a lever your attorney uses when an insurer will not make a fair offer, not the expected destination.
A minute now is worth more than a year of wondering. Checking costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
